We are sorry but we do not accept any returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

Among other things, the primiary reason for this is maintaining the hygiene of  our products. As jewerly is classified as personal item, an is categorized in the same category as Lingerie. Therefore, in oprder to avoid the spread of infections, items once sold cannot be taken back. 

Before buying please make sure the collection you are buying will go well with the dress of your choice. 

Items are throughly checked for any defects before being shipped.
